Sara Santos was born in Bilbao (Basque Country, North of Spain) and has made Madrid her second home. She was trained as an Architect and Urban Designer, and for many years has combined her passion for architecture and the arts with her dedication to yoga.
Experience & Background
Practice & Teaching: Over 20 years of personal practice and more than 10 years of teaching experience.
Training: 800+ hours of training across various disciplines.
Specializations: Hatha Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.
Lineage & Path: Alongside her Ashtanga Yoga practice, her spiritual path is rooted in Dharma Yoga under the guidance of her teachers, Jordi Canela and Jerome Burdi.
Leadership: Coordinator of several YogaOne studios, the leading yoga franchise in Spain and one of the largest in Europe, actively contributing to the growth and development of yoga in Madrid.

Recognized as one of Madrid’s leading yoga teachers, Sara’s approach is both creative and grounded. She shares the practice with mindfulness, authenticity, and joy, adapting each class to the needs of her students.
