Unlike strictly regimented yoga retreats, our yoga holiday timetable is designed to allow you to find the perfect balance between yoga and your other interests. You have the opportunity to practice yoga daily, enhance and deepen your practice, experience new teachings, and feel part of a supportive community. However, if you decide not to attend every class, that’s perfectly fine. You're also here to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and engage in meaningful discussions, which are integral to the wellbeing experience on a yoga holiday. Whether it's lounging on a hammock, practising in the yoga shala, meditating in a quiet corner, or relaxing by the pool.

You have the option to indulge in Ayurvedic treatments or therapeutic massages from our excellent masseur, and savour our amazing food - simple, exquisite, and healthy rice and curries (often rated as the best on the island). Additionally, you’ll have plenty of free time between breakfast and evening yoga sessions to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Galle Fort or enjoy the glorious beaches of Hikkaduwa and Unawatuna. Our food philosophy celebrates your well-being by nourishing you from the inside out. Rooted in the ancient healing principles of Sri Lankan Ayurveda, every dish is crafted to ignite your digestive fire (Agni) and bring balance to your Doshas. Much of what appears on your table is a true labour of love, harvested fresh just steps from your yoga mat.
Our lush, organic garden provides nutrient-dense Moringa, iron-rich Gotukola, crisp organic coconuts, delicate banana flowers, and blood-purifying Karawila. You will find hearty Jackfruit and Breadfruit hanging from the villa's trees, along with sun-ripened Bananas, creamy Papayas, juicy Mangoes, and vibrant Pineapples, all grown organically and bursting with living enzymes.
To enhance our homegrown abundance, our kitchen incorporates Sri Lanka's finest ancestral superfoods, including the warming and anti-inflammatory qualities of true Ceylon cinnamon and sun-kissed turmeric. We feature ancient grains such as native Heirloom Rice and nutty Kurakkan (finger millet), along with the tangy, antioxidant-rich flavor of wild Wood Apple. Whether you are enjoying a refreshing morning juice or a comforting evening curry, each mindful bite serves as a living extension of your yoga journey, designed to deeply nourish your body with the pure, unadulterated prana of the island.
