We are honoured to host Aline’s deeply transformative 10-day retreat, Return to Yourself — a journey created for anyone longing to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their inner balance. In a world that moves fast, this retreat offers a safe and nurturing space to breathe again, soften the body, settle the mind, and listen to your own wisdom.
Over nine days, you will move through a beautiful blend of daily yoga (Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Yoga Nidra), meditation, breathwork, self-inquiry, creative practices, and sharing circles. Each session is designed to help you release stored emotions, let go of old tension, understand your patterns, and build a deeper sense of trust, confidence, and self-love. Aline’s approach is gentle yet powerful, guiding you toward emotional clarity and nervous-system healing at a pace that feels right for you.
Between practices, you’ll enjoy nourishing Sri Lankan meals, fresh juices after morning yoga, quiet moments of rest, and time for reflection or mindful exploration. This retreat welcomes all levels, all ages, and anyone seeking emotional renewal, grounding, and meaningful inner transformation. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced — only open to meeting yourself with honesty and kindness.
As part of the retreat, one cultural and nature tour is included to Sigiriya, the iconic “Lion Rock,” which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Sri Lanka’s most extraordinary ancient landmarks. You’ll climb this dramatic rock fortress in time for sunset, passing the Lion’s Paws, ancient frescoes, and the Mirror Wall before reaching the summit for breathtaking views. The tour includes one night’s accommodation near Sigiriya. On the return to the villa, we will stop at a national park for an optional wildlife safari (entrance tickets and jeep not included).

Aline is a certified yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra.
