Service Description
Take advantage of our in-house laundry service for your convenience. The fee per laundry bag (approximately 4kg) is 3 euros, and we aim to return fresh clothes to you within 36 hours. Please ask our staff for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
Laundry Service Policy To ensure you can focus fully on your practice, we offer a laundry service for our guests. Please review the guidelines below to help us provide the best care for your garments. 1. Service Options & Pricing We offer a Wash & Fold service for 3 euros per bag (standard size provided in your room). Includes washing, drying, and folding. 2. Schedule & Turnaround Drop-off Time: Please place your laundry bag outside your door or at the Front Desk by 9:00 AM. Please note the number of items and any specific instructions (e.g., "cold wash only"). Return Time: Clean laundry will be returned to your room by 6:00 PM the following day. Same-Day Service: Available for an additional 2 euro fee if dropped off before 8:00 AM (subject to availability). 3. Guidelines & Care Delicate Items: While we take great care, we do not recommend sending high-value, extremely delicate, or "dry clean only" silk garments. Yoga Gear: Most technical fabrics (spandex/nylon) will be washed on a cool cycle and tumble-dried on low heat to preserve elasticity unless otherwise requested. **Sustainability Note** In alignment with our eco-friendly values, we use biodegradable detergents. We also encourage guests to only request laundry services when a full bag is accumulated to minimise water and energy waste.
