Cancellation Policy
Ayurveda Massage & Therapy Policy Incorporate the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda into your retreat experience. Our specialised treatments are designed to balance your energy and support your healing journey. 1. Treatment Menu Body Healing Massage - 45 min: €28 / 60 min: €33 Foot & Lower Limb Massage - 20 min: €17 / 30 min: €23 Scalp & Hair Treatment - 20 min: €17 / 30 min: €23 2. Booking Hours & Requirements Service Hours: Sessions are available between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Advance Notice: All bookings must be made at least one hour in advance to allow for room and oil preparation. How to Book: Please book on our website or visit the front desk. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that your retreat flow may change. To ensure other guests have the opportunity to book, we observe the following: Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled session, the full treatment price will be charged to your room account. 4. Arrival & Preparation Check-in: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session to enjoy a cup of herbal tea and settle in. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconveniencing the next guest. Health Consult: Please inform your therapist of any allergies, recent injuries, or if you are pregnant prior to the start of your massage.
