At Villa De Zoysa, we believe that your Sri Lankan experience begins the moment you arrive at the airport. Travel seamlessly with our standard airport transfers in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, available as one-way or round-trip options. Alternatively, you can indulge in our premium service, enjoying luxurious travel in a high-spec Toyota Land Cruiser. Regardless of your choice, we ensure that your passage to our serene retreat on the golden coast of Sri Lanka is seamless, allowing you to focus on your yoga journey and holistic rejuvenation. The distance from Colombo airport to the villa is 144 kilometres and typically takes about two and a half hours, depending on the time of day.
Cancellation Policy
Airport Transfer Policy To ensure a seamless transition to and from the retreat, we provide coordinated airport transportation. Please review our booking and cancellation requirements below. 1. Vehicle Options & Tariff We offer a variety of vehicle types to suit your group size and comfort preferences. Prices are per vehicle, per trip: Standard Car with A/C Max Capacity: 2 People Cost per Trip: €50.00 Standard Van with A/C Max Capacity: 6 People Cost per Trip: €80.00 Large Van with A/C Max Capacity: 10 People Cost per Trip: €120.00 Premium SUV (Toyota Land Cruiser) Max Capacity: 3 People Cost per Trip: €200.00 2. Booking & Reservations Advance Notice: All transfer reservations must be confirmed and paid in full at least 10 hours prior to your flight’s scheduled arrival or departure time. Late Requests: Reservations requested within the 10-hour window are subject to vehicle availability and cannot be guaranteed. Information Required: Please ensure your flight number and airline are accurately provided at the time of booking so we can monitor for any significant delays. 3. Cancellation & Refunds We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation windows are as follows: Standard Cancellation: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 10 hours before your flight’s scheduled arrival or departure time. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 10 hours of the scheduled flight time are non-refundable, and the full payment will be forfeited. No-Shows: Failure to meet your driver at the designated time without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the transfer fee. 4. Flight Delays & Changes If your flight is delayed, please notify our coordinator as soon as possible. While we do our best to accommodate delays, the 10-hour cancellation window still applies to the originally scheduled flight time for refund purposes.
